Marilyn Burns, the infamous survivor at the end of Tobe Hoopers horror classic, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, has passed away in her home in Houston, Texas. Cause of death is still undetermined, the 64 year old actress was found by family members in her home. Burns was best known for the iconic role of Sally Hardesty in the 1974 film, but also turned in an impressive and memorable performance as Linda Kasabian in the 1976 TV movie Helter Skelter about the Charles Manson trial. Most recently she appeared in Ti West’s new film Sacrament.
